The award selection committee noted that Intellias takes a comprehensive approach towards embedding DEI into the core of the organization. This covers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gender equality<\/strong>: While women account for 28.4% of the company\u2019s workforce, that number is growing consistently. Almost 48% of women hold managerial positions.
