Kyiv, Ukraine \u2014 October 18, 2023<\/b> Intellias, a global technology partner for top-tier organizations and Fortune 500 companies, has received the UN Global Compact recognition in Ukraine for the Intellias Stronger Together initiative: “Volunteering, Support, and 1.5 Million Dollars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” The project was recognized in the “Peace” category as part of the “Partnership for Sustainable Development” competition. <\/p>\n
This competition aims to promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and foster partnerships between businesses, governments, and civil society. This year, representatives from Ukraine and 12 European countries submitted their cases for participation. <\/p>\n
The Intellias Stronger Together case depicts our response to Russia’s unprovoked aggression against Ukraine. First and foremost, the company ensured the safety of its colleagues who were in active conflict zones. In a matter of two weeks, Intellias evacuated over 1300 employees and their families from southern and eastern regions to western Ukraine. Some specialists, along with their children and immediate relatives, were evacuated to the company\u2019s international locations, including the volunteer headquarters operating in Intellias’ office in Krakow. At the same time, the effective execution of the Business Continuity Plan facilitated restoring the company’s operational activities to 80% within just a few days and to 98% within two weeks of the onset of the full-scale invasion. This enabled the stable fulfillment of commitments to clients and partners, subsequently shifting the company\u2019s focus to volunteer projects and charitable initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t
